Meredith Zimlich

Meredith Zimlich has over two decades of experience in the field of clinical research and project management. Meredith most recently served as a Clinical Team Lead at Sarah Cannon, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Sarah Cannon Research Institute for 17 years in various positions. Meredith was a Manager in the Protocol Excellence team from March 2019 to January 2022, responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, and timeline metrics were met. Meredith also developed relationships between departments and provided weekly reporting to leadership. From April 2018 to March 2019, they served as a Senior Protocol Interpreter, acting as a trainer for new team members and developing tracking processes. Before that, from September 2016 to April 2018, they worked as a Protocol Interpreter, gaining expertise in electronic management build process. Meredith's experience also includes serving as a Hematology Site Liaison from November 2011 to September 2016, where they represented Hematology network sites to senior management and handled trial status information. Meredith started their career at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian from May 2000 to August 2005. Overall, Meredith Zimlich has a strong background in clinical research management, protocol interpretation, and developing effective relationships to ensure the success of clinical trials.

Meredith Zimlich holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nutrition from the University of Mississippi, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Meredith further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition from The University of Memphis between 1992 and 1994.
