Skip Burris

Skip Burris is the President at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, where Skip has held various positions since August 1997. Skip also serves as the President of Clinical Operations at Sarah Cannon since January 2010. With a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Alabama, Skip has a strong educational background. Skip completed their residency in Internal Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center and their oncology fellowship at the same institution. As Chief Medical Officer at Sarah Cannon since August 2006, Skip plays a crucial role in the organization's clinical operations and research efforts.
