Jackie Bergeron

Jackie Bergeron has extensive work experience in various industries. Jackie is currently working as a Customer Operations & Experience Associate at Sarah Flint, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CareOne from 2018 to 2021, initially as a Receptionist and then as a Co-Insurance Billing Specialist. From 2016 to 2018, Jackie worked at Avas Flowers as a Customer Service Executive and Trainer. Jackie also has experience as a Printing and Shipping Specialist at PrintPlus from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Jackie has worked as a Contributing Writer for Christine B. Foundation and Madly Juicy in 2016 and as a Sales Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond from 2013 to 2016. Jackie gained communication skills during their internship at EngieStyle in 2013 and worked as a City Reporter for Daily Kent Stater from January to May 2013. Lastly, Jackie served as the Editor-in-Chief for Fusion Magazine from May 2012 to May 2013.

Jackie Bergeron's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Warren Hills High School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Jackie then went on to attend Kent State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Magazine Journalism.

In addition to their formal education, Jackie has also obtained certifications from Gladly Academy. In July 2022, they completed the "New Administrator" program and the "New Agent / Customer Service Hero" program at Gladly.
