Phillip Gil França

Phillip Gil França is an accomplished legal professional and academic with extensive experience in various roles since 2006. Currently, Phillip serves as a Professor at Univel and the Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Paraná, teaching subjects such as Environmental Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law. As the Sócio Fundador and Advogado focused on Regulation and Compliance at PH&MC Advocacia since 2013, Phillip has also authored significant legal texts, including "Ato Administrativo e Interesse Público" and "Controle da Administração Pública." Previous experience includes a position as an attorney at Brazilio Bacellar, Shirai Advogados and a coordinator role at Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná. Phillip's academic credentials include a Post-Doctorate in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba.
