Jim Zajko

Jim Zajko is an experienced financial professional and intellectual property consultant, currently serving as Financial Controller for multiple companies including Saras-3D, NSV, Inc, and AAYUNA, Inc since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing general ledger and accounts payable/receivable, alongside monitoring budget adherence. Previously, Jim held significant roles at Broadcom Inc. as Senior Manager and Senior IP Licensing Manager from February 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing patent and technical licensing compliance and leading negotiations on intellectual property opportunities. Prior positions include Senior IP Licensing Manager at Avago Technologies and LSI, an Avago Technologies Company, as well as roles at Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and AT&T Electronic Components Division, focusing on marketing and product management. Jim earned a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 1979 to 1983.
