Carla Meloni

Carla Meloni currently serves as the Responsabile Coordinamento Pari Opportunità at Uiltec from February 2024. With extensive experience at Saras since July 2004, Carla holds roles as an Internal Auditor and member of the HR Team, where responsibilities include planning and developing training programs, conducting orientation sessions, and performing process analysis to support process reengineering. Prior experience in the HR Team at Saras spans from 1998 to 2004. Carla's education includes various qualifications in hypnosis and psychotherapy, culminating in a degree in Ipnosi nel controllo del dolore from S.I.I.
