Riccardo Sequenza

Riccardo Sequenza has extensive work experience in the HR field. Riccardo began their career at Versalis SpA in technical positions before transitioning to HR. From 2003 to 2014, they held various roles including Head of HR management & training at the Sarroch plant, where they oversaw HR development, compensation & benefits, recruitment, labor costs, labor law, training, and industrial relations. In 2015, Riccardo joined Saras as an HR Business Partner and later progressed to become the Head of Industrial Relations & HR Admin. Riccardo has been responsible for managing union relations, personnel management, and payroll, and has been actively involved in national union committees and HR process automation.

Riccardo Sequenza completed a Degree in Political Economics at the Università degli Studi di Cagliari from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master's in Industrial Relations at CSRI - Centro Studi Relazioni Industriali. In 2015 to 2016, Riccardo attended IEN- Istituto Europeo Neurosistemica for a Master's in Human Resources Management (MHR). Lastly, in 2017 to 2018, they joined Inspiros Worldwide for a Leadership Laboratory program.
