Krzysztof Malec has extensive experience in compliance and financial crime control, currently serving as Deputy MLRO and Compliance Officer at Sarasin & Partners LLP since October 2019. Previous roles include Risk and Compliance Officer at Fisher Funds, Senior Professional in Financial Crime Control at Santander UK, and CDD Analyst at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Krzysztof's career also encompasses positions at National Australia Bank, NatWest Group, Fusion for Energy, and the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. Krzysztof holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Union Law from the University of Reading and a Master’s Degree in Law from the European School of Law and Administration.
