Michael Pasquini has a diverse work experience in the field of lighting design and theater production. Michael started their career in 2002 as a lighting designer at Theatrical Design. Michael then worked at various theater companies including the Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe, Sarasota Opera, Manatee Players, Florida Studio Theatre, Banyan Theater Company, and American Stage Theatre Company in different lighting design roles.

From 2006 to 2014, they held multiple positions at Sarasota Opera, including Head Electrician, Assistant Lighting Designer, and Asst. Master Electrician. In 2008, they worked as an Assistant Lighting Designer at Utah Shakespeare Festival and later returned in 2010 to assist another designer.

In 2015, they joined Utah Shakespeare Festival again as an Associate Lighting Designer and later became a Lighting Designer from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer at IATSE Local 412 starting from November 2018.
