Colin Gray, CPM, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Saratoga Capital, Inc. since September 2018. Previously, Colin held multiple leadership roles at JSM Enterprises, Inc. from January 2003 to August 2018, including President and Senior Vice President, overseeing the development process and managing nearly 1,000 units of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) family and senior projects, as well as various for-sale developments in the San Francisco Bay Area. Colin also contributed to California Real Estate Management from January 2011 to August 2018, responsible for operations of a residential apartment management company with a portfolio exceeding 1,700 units, and worked as a Financial Analyst at The Swig Company from September 2001 to January 2003. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and was educated at UC Santa Barbara.
