Jim Bejna has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Jim is currently serving as the VP of Operations & Supply Chain at Saratoga Food Specialties since 2021. Prior to that, Jim worked as the Director of Operations at Saratoga Specialties from 2004 to 2021 and as the Director of Operations at Great Kitchens from 2001 to 2004. Jim also has experience as a Plant Manager at Guernsey Bel from 1991 to 1997 and held various QA and Operations positions at Kraft Foods from 1986 to 1991.
Jim Bejna earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1984 to 1987. Aside from this degree, there is no further information about their formal education. However, they obtained additional certifications later in their career. In May 2016, they obtained an Advanced Masters Certification in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Prior to this, in September 2013, they earned a Lean Manufacturing Black Belt certification from Purdue University.
