Christian Bolduc has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Christian initially worked as an Enlisted Recruiter for the Air Force from October 2001 to September 2005. Christian then advanced to the role of Marketing Programs Manager, where they developed and managed assets and events worth $72 million per year. Additionally, they were involved in the design and construction of the Air Force Super Cars project, which had a budget of $1.2 million. Christian also served as the Director of Operations for Air Force NASCAR, NHRA, and ISOC Racing sponsorships valued at $5 million. From October 2010 to March 2014, they worked as a Health Professions Recruiter before assuming the position of Health Professions Flight Chief in March 2014. In this role, they were responsible for meeting Air Force manpower requirements and supervising new enlistees. Christian achieved commendable results, including guiding their squadron to top honors and receiving Air Force level awards. After retiring from the Air Force in August 2017, Christian joined Saratoga Medical Healthcare Staffing as a Senior Recruiter.
