Timothy Roylance

Timothy Roylance is currently the Manager of Box Office and Group Sales at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Timothy has previoulsy worked as the Assistant Box Office Manager at PNC Arena from September 2021 to February 2022 and at Live Nation Entertainment from April 2018 to December 2020. At Live Nation, Timothy was responsible for managing training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of all Box Office personnel as well as ensuring that the department delivered exceptional customer service to guests. Timothy also collaborated with internal departments and external event personnel to ensure that all ticketing needs were addressed. In addition to their managerial duties, Timothy also assisted with event management, building and maintaining all events for the venue within the appropriate ticketing software. Timothy also worked with the Pricing team to monitor and dynamically price tickets to maximize revenue.
