Tina Davis

Tina Davis, Ed. D. has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Tina started their career in 1996 as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing Impaired at ONC BOCES, Albany Medical Center, and Hoosick Falls Central School. In 2001, they transitioned to the role of an Elementary School Teacher at Saratoga Springs City School District/ Hoosic Valley Central School. Tina then advanced their career by becoming an Assistant Principal at the same district from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Saratoga Springs City School District as a School Principal. With over 20 years of experience, Tina's career journey demonstrates their strong dedication and commitment to the field of education.

Tina Davis, Ed.D. holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School, with a specialization in equitable distribution of resources to elementary schools. Tina also completed coursework in educational leadership and administration at State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2004-2005. Additionally, they received a Master's degree in education of the deaf and hearing impaired from Smith College in 1995-1996, and a Bachelor's degree in elementary education and teaching from The College of Saint Rose in 1989-1993. Tina has obtained several certifications, including NYS School District Administrator (obtained in 2005), Deaf and Hard of Hearing (All Grades) (obtained in 1996), and Elementary PK-6: Common Branch (obtained in 1994).
