Christine Carlos-Quiggins

Christine Carlos-Quiggins has extensive experience in special education, currently serving as an SDC Teacher at Saratoga Union School District since August 2016. Prior to this role, Christine worked as a Special Education Teacher at Cupertino Union School District from September 2007 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University, a Teacher certification in Special Education and Teaching from National University, and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of the Philippines.
