Dr. Sadeem Mahmood MD FACC has extensive work experience in the field of medicine, particularly in interventional cardiology. Sadeem currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of SARC Med iQ since January 2020. Sadeem is also a member of the advisory board for NMCV Business since December 2013.

Sadeem Mahmood MD FACC began their education in 1983 at Dow Medical University, where they earned their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine. Following this, from 1989 to 1990, they completed a House job/internship at Civil Hospital, University of Karachi, focusing on general medicine and surgery.
Continuing their medical education, Mahmood attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey from 1991 to 1993, completing an Internal Medicine Residency Program and obtaining their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
In 1993, Mahmood pursued additional training in Critical Care Medicine by joining the Critical Care Nephrology program at Beth Israel Medical Center, where they completed their residency from 1993 to 1994.
Taking the next step in their education, they enrolled at Vanderbilt University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in Vascular and Interventional Cardiology.
To further enhance their expertise, Mahmood obtained a certification in Cardiovascular Disease from the ABIM Foundation in May 2001.
