Leia Nichole Bordley has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Leia Nichole is currently the Executive Director Human Resources at CompScience and previously held positions such as Director, People Success and HR/People Operations Leader at Sarcos Robotics. Before that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer/Chief People Officer at EcoVerse, Inc. and the Chief People Officer and Director of HR & CX at Synergy Science. Leia Nichole also has experience as the VP of Operations & HR at Lux Media Systems LLC and as the Co-Owner/Founder of A Better Way Ministries. Leia started their career as a Producer Assistant/Voice Over Talent at Kelsher Communications. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to drive growth, manage teams, and implement effective HR strategies.

Leia Nichole Bordley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Entrepreneurial Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which was earned from 2014 to 2019 with a GPA of 3.85. Leia Nichole also obtained a Master of Studies in Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law from 2023 to 2025, specializing in Studies in Law.
