Melanie Criddle

Melanie Criddle, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Manager at Storage Star, Melanie previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Sarcos Robotics, where contributions included developing job leveling frameworks and competency-based assessments. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Academic Advisor at Joyce University, focusing on DEI initiatives, and various positions at Odyssey House of Utah, culminating as Organizational Development Specialist. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Brigham Young University.
