Gianfranco Ridolfi

Gianfranco Ridolfi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gianfranco started their career at PwC in 1992 as a Senior Manager, gaining significant experience in the field of auditing and controlling. Gianfranco then went on to work as the Group CFO for IP - Gruppo api from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they worked at Banco BPM as an Investment Manager and M&A Specialist from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, they became the Managing Director and CFO of Gruppo Ferri - Euronics at Euronics Italia S.p.A. Gianfranco then served as the CFO of Glomeria Therapeutics from 2006 to 2014. In 2014, they held three different roles simultaneously: Group CFO at Sardex S.p.A., CFO at Cleardrop, and President and CFO of Lookcast (later renamed as Newlook) within Techedge Group. Gianfranco remained in these roles until 2021 when Newlook was definitively acquired by Techedge. Through their roles, they have gained experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and industry-specific solutions.

Gianfranco Ridolfi completed their education from 1989 to 1992 at DEA Università "G. d'Annunzio" Chieti-Pescara. Gianfranco earned a degree in economia e commercio, specializing in economics and commerce.
