Christine Poulon

Christine Poulon currently serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Sardine, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Christine was the Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk at MAJORITY from January 2020 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes co-founding blispay inc. and serving as General Counsel until its acquisition by Alliance Data Card Services in February 2019. Christine spent eight years at PayPal, Inc. as Director of Legal Counsel, advising on legal matters related to credit and payment products. Additional experience includes working as an Associate at Mayer Brown and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, focusing on regulatory compliance and corporate law. Christine holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, an MA in European Politics and Economics from the University of Reading, and a BA in European History from Vassar College.
