Zahid Shaikh

Zahid Shaikh is the Co-Founder and Head of Product at sardine. Zahid has over 10 years of experience in product management and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Revolut and PayPal.

At Revolut, Zahid was responsible for launching the company's Crypto product in the US. Zahid managed a team of Data Scientists, back-end developers, and data engineers to get the product off the ground. Zahid also conducted customer surveys to get feedback and designed mockups for new features using Figma.

Previously, Zahid worked at PayPal for 8 years, where they were awarded as a top innovator for launching various products and patents. Zahid was the Product Owner for FraudNet, a JS Library that reduced fraud by millions of dollars per year. Zahid also oversaw the development of PP Magnes, a mobile SDK that was deployed in over 10K apps.

Zahid has a wealth of experience in product management and has developed innovative solutions that have saved companies millions of dollars. Zahid is a creative problem solver and an excellent communicator, which makes him a valuable asset to any team.

Zahid Shaikh has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a PGDST in Software from NCST. Zahid also has certification from Harvard Business School in Leadership and Strategy, Coursera in Blockchain, Stanford University in Certified Product Manager (CPM), and Sun Microsystems in SCJP.
