Larry Orogun

Larry Orogun, MD, MSc has extensive work experience in the field of clinical development and research. Larry currently holds the position of Senior Director of Clinical Development at Sarepta Therapeutics since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sanofi as a Director of Global Clinical Development and later as a Clinical Study Director from November 2017 to June 2022. Before joining Sanofi, they served as a Principal Clinical Research Scientist at PPD from July 2013 to October 2017. Larry also worked as a Senior Research Scientist/Medical Safety Monitor at Chiltern from November 2012 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Clinical Development Scientist at Parexel from November 2007 to February 2011. Larry began their medical career at Central Hospital Warri as a Primary Care Physician from August 2003 to July 2005.

Larry Orogun, MD, MSc, holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Molecular and Genetic Medicine from The University of Sheffield. Larry also obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Benin.
