Laura Masterson

Laura Masterson is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Partner at Sarepta Therapeutics since March 2024, Laura previously held the position of Senior Manager of HR Operations & Total Rewards at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. from August 2021 to March 2024. Laura's career began at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, followed by roles at Providence Equity Partners, where responsibility increased from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Associate. Further experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company and as Senior Human Resources Associate at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc.
