Matt Keenan

Matt Keenan, CPA, has extensive experience in SOX compliance and reporting, currently serving as Associate Director at Sarepta Therapeutics since July 2021. Prior to this role, Matt held progressive management positions in SOX compliance at Sarepta Therapeutics, starting as Manager and advancing to Senior Manager. Before joining Sarepta, Matt worked at PwC from August 2015 to June 2021, where Matt progressed from Associate to Senior Associate and ultimately to Manager. Matt holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University.
