Preston Burns

Preston Burns is an experienced data scientist currently serving as Associate Director at Sarepta Therapeutics since March 2022, previously holding the title of Principal Data Scientist. Prior to this role, Preston Burns contributed to Rho from June 2017 to March 2022, advancing through positions from Data Scientist I to Data Scientist II. Early in the career at Rho, Preston Burns worked as a Technology Associate / Associate Software Test Engineer from May 2014 to May 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Analytics from North Carolina State University (2016-2017), a Bachelor's Degree in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2012-2016), and a Deep Learning Foundation Nanodegree from Udacity (2017).
