Sivani Paskaradevan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sivani began their career at 3M Health Care in 2002 and held the position of Technical Aide until 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a PhD Student at the University of Toronto/The Hospital for Sick Children. Following this, they served as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Decision Resources Group as an Insights Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst until 2015. Sivani then moved into the pharmaceutical industry and worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2016 to 2023. At Alexion, they held multiple roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Director in the Global Scientific Communications department. Currently, they are employed at Sarepta Therapeutics as the Director and Global Medical Affairs Lead - RNA.
Sivani Paskaradevan has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Sivani then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2013.
