Tanya Bardakjian

Tanya Bardakjian currently serves as Senior Director of Global Medical Affairs for Medical Diagnostics at Sarepta Therapeutics, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Tanya held the role of Associate Medical Director and Subject Matter Expert at Novartis Gene Therapies from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Tanya worked at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, spanning over six years in various positions including Associate Director of Genetic Counseling and Co-Director of Neurogenetics. The early career includes a role as a Genetic Counselor at GeneDx and Einstein Healthcare Network. Tanya holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
