Tara Clark

Tara Clark, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. Tara currently holds the position of Executive Director, Global HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at Sarepta Therapeutics since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of HR Operations at the same company from May 2019 to May 2021. Before joining Sarepta Therapeutics, Tara held various roles at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, including Director of HR Partners and Operations from August 2018 to May 2019, Director of HR Operational Services from August 2013 to August 2018, and Manager of Immigration and Appointments from December 2008 to July 2013. Tara began their career at Harvard University in 1995 as an Advisor to Foreign Students & Scholars, where they provided guidance on visa status and served as a Designated School Official for the U.S. Tara's expertise lies in program development, strategic planning, and legal compliance in the field of HR operations.

Tara Clark, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in International Education and Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. Tara also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government from Clark University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In 2015, Tara obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
