Tara Clark, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in International Education and Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. Tara also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government from Clark University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In 2015, Tara obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
