Vadim Bichko

Vadim Bichko currently serves as the Senior Director of Molecular Biology at Sarepta Therapeutics since July 2022. Prior to this role, Vadim worked as an Advisor in Pharmaceutical R&D from June 2018 to July 2022. Vadim's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Scientific Officer and Chairman of the Viriom-Roche Joint Steering Committee at Viriom Inc from October 2009 to May 2018, and as Vice President and Head of Infectious Diseases at ChemDiv, Inc. from October 2007 to May 2018. Additional roles include Director of Research at Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Group Leader in Virology at anadys, and Group Leader in Biology at scriptgen. Vadim began a career in research as a Research Associate at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Vadim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the University of Latvia, Riga, Latvian Republic.
