Ken Busch has vast experience in the real estate industry, serving as the Director of Residential Development - Senior Vice President at Sares Regis Group Northern California since August 2002. Prior to that, Ken held the position of Vice President at Hearthstone Advisors from 1994 to 2002. Ken holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from The George Washington University School of Business and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. Their responsibilities include overseeing the development of high-density residential communities from start to finish, working closely with various stakeholders to successfully entitle, develop, and sell these communities.
