Andy Pratt

Andy Pratt has had a diverse range of roles and experiences in the real estate and investment industry. Andy began their career as an Acquisitions Associate at FirstCity Financial Corp. in May 2013 and worked in that role until May 2015. From May 2015 to February 2018, Andy worked as an Asset Manager in the Real Estate Specialties Group at Bank OZK. Following that, they joined Cortland in February 2018 as an Investment Associate and was promoted to Investment Manager in June 2019. Andy's most recent position is with Sares Regis Group, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Acquisitions since July 2021.

Andy Pratt graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Management. Andy attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
