Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, which focuses on online sales of organic body care products, Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
