Justin Terpstra

Justin Terpstra, MBA, serves as the Director of Operations at Sargent Aerospace & Defense since June 2014, holding previous roles including Director of Manufacturing and Operations Manager. In this capacity, Justin manages operations within the hydraulics sector, contributing to over $60M in annual sales while overseeing product development and program management for commercial and military applications. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy Sheriff for Pima County and an Anesthesia Technician at Northwest Medical Center, as well as military service as a Senior Instructor/Writer in the U.S. Army Reserve. Justin earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
