Vijay Mohan Sundharam

Vijay Mohan Sundharam has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vijay Mohan began their career in 1998 as a Production Manager at Jaya Mill Limited, where they successfully implemented cost control measures and introduced a new product, resulting in increased revenue.

In 2002, Vijay joined Sargent Controls & Aerospace as a Requirements Planning Manager, overseeing the planning and release of materials for production. Vijay Mohan demonstrated effective management skills and reduced inventory levels. Vijay Mohan then went on to become a Program Manager, responsible for managing multiple aerospace programs and negotiating contracts with leading OEMs. Vijay achieved higher gross margins through price negotiations and successfully settled open claims.

In 2005, Vijay took on the role of Commercial Aerospace Product Line Manager at Sargent Controls & Aerospace, where they achieved significant accomplishments including winning major contracts, increasing sales and aftermarket revenue, and leading off-shore engineering projects. Vijay Mohan also played a crucial role in the development of infrastructure in Sargent Mexico for low-cost initiatives.

Vijay joined Sargent Aerospace & Defense in 2009 and held various positions including Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of New Business Development, VP Sales, Marketing and Engineering, and Vice President & General Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing, engineering, and general management functions. In their current role as Vice President and General Manager, Vijay continues to contribute to the success of the company.

In 2017, Vijay briefly worked at RBC Lubron Bearings as Vice President & General Manager before returning to Sargent Aerospace & Defense.

Throughout their career, Vijay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a track record of delivering results.

Vijay Mohan Sundharam completed their primary and secondary education at Stanes Higher Secondary School from 1985 to 1994. Vijay Mohan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, graduating in 1998. Following this, they attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. During their MBA program, they also focused on Operations and Entrepreneurship as part of their field of study.
