Stephen Allen

Stephen Allen is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Sargent and Greenleaf since May 2023, Stephen has previously held the position of Director of Finance at Sierra Gold Nurseries from June 2018 to June 2023, overseeing GAAP financial reporting and budget management. Prior roles include Controller at Dynamic Staffing, Inc., where responsibility encompassed financial reporting and human resources, as well as experience as an Accountant-Consultant at Accretive Solutions for multiple clients. Stephen began the career as a Senior Accountant at SEIU Local 1000, focusing on ERP system implementation.
