Bernard Lupini

Bernard Lupini currently works as a Foreman at Sargent since June 2018. Prior to that, Bernard held the position of Project Engineer/Water Treatment Supervisor at Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON) from May 2016 to July 2022, where Bernard successfully supervised water treatment operators and managed various high-risk tasks. Bernard also served as a Project Engineer and Cost Engineer, demonstrating a strong ability to bridge communication between office and field, save costs, and monitor project financial performance. Bernard graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
