Ben Kotys

Ben Kotys, MBA, PMP, serves as the Director of Projects at Sargent Electric Company, where responsibilities include overseeing project management functions, risk management, and stakeholder communication. With experience managing projects valued between $1.3M and $15M, Ben has played a key role in collaborative teams and financial reporting. Previously, Ben held various positions at M.K. Technologies, Inc., including Director of Business and Operations, where expertise in financial modeling and operational management was demonstrated, and served as Elected Treasurer for the Township of O’Hara. Ben holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Chatham University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
