Cullen Dobbs

Cullen Dobbs is a professional designer currently working at Sargent & Lundy since December 2022, with prior experience as a Computer Aided Design Designer at Scientel Solutions, where responsibilities included creating elevation layouts and manipulating engineering drawings.
