Kamal Walid Wasiq

Kamal Walid Wasiq, EIT, is an experienced structural engineer currently employed at Sargent & Lundy since September 2023. Previously, Kamal worked at Tadjer Cohen Edelson & Associates Inc. from February 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included reviewing shop drawings and designing prestressed concrete slabs for various projects using Ram Concept. Prior roles include serving as a volunteer interpreter at GardaWorld Health Services, an office engineer for the National Water Affairs Regulation Authority, a site engineer at Green Tower Construction Company, an engineering apprentice at Sweco, and an engineering intern with the Capital Region Independent Development Authority. Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kabul University, completed in December 2019.
