Alec Bartolai is an accomplished Sr. Sustainability Program Manager at Sargento Foods Inc. since December 2014, where significant contributions include project management and implementation of sustainability initiatives that led to substantial reductions in waste, water, and energy consumption. Recognized with several prestigious awards, such as the Chairmen’s Award and the People, Pride, Progress Award, Alec has demonstrated leadership in sustainability and environmental compliance across multiple organizations, including Delaware North Companies as an Environmental Manager and McMaster-Carr as an Environmental/Product Compliance Project Manager. With a robust educational background featuring a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering and a post BA Certificate in Environmental Policy & Culture from Northwestern University, Alec combines technical expertise with a commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
