Michelle Birschbach (Monkoski) has extensive experience in consumer insights and marketing research, currently serving as the Director of NPD Consumer Insights at Sargento since May 2015. Previous roles at Sargento include Associate Director of Insights and Consumer Insights Director, following a tenure as Sr. Consumer Insights Manager for New Business Development from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining Sargento, Michelle held the position of Sr. Marketing Research Manager at Kraft Foods--Oscar Mayer and worked as Marketing Research Manager at Spectrum Brands. Michelle began her career in marketing research as an Associate Marketing Research Manager at Kraft Foods--Oscar Mayer. Education includes an MBA from UW Madison, obtained at the AC Nielsen Center between 1999 and 2001.
