Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Sarita & Claire Wright Lucas Foundation is responsible for setting the strategic vision, establishing policies, and leading initiatives that support young women of color pursuing careers in justice as prosecutors. This team ensures that the foundation's mission to enhance equity in the criminal justice system is effectively implemented and that its programs have a meaningful impact on reducing incarceration, promoting accountability, and decreasing recidivism.
