Amber Lucci

Amber Lucci is currently the Director of Sustainability and Compliance at Sarnova, beginning in January 2025. Prior to this role, Amber served as Compliance Counsel at Big Lots Stores from January 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing regulatory and compliance issues related to consumer-packaged goods and providing legal guidance on various federal regulations. Amber's experience also includes working as an Environmental Associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, focusing on federal and state environmental laws, and serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Amber holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
