Amy Vernon possesses extensive experience in sustainability, product safety, and compliance within the furniture manufacturing and testing industries. Currently serving as Director of Sustainability, ESG and Global Product Compliance at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since March 2020, Amy previously held the role of Director at Verified Testing Services, LLC for a brief period in early 2020. Prior to these positions, Amy dedicated over two decades to Sauder Woodworking Co., advancing from Product Engineer to Director of Product Safety and Improvement. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting from Northwest State Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Bowling Green State University.
