Brian LaDuke

Brian LaDuke has a strong work experience history, starting with their current position as Chief Executive Officer at Sarnova since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the President of the Cardiac Response division from September 2021 to February 2023, and as the President of the Emergency Preparedness division from October 2017 to September 2021.

Before joining Sarnova, LaDuke worked at Invacare from January 2013 to September 2017, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of the Rehab Division, Vice President of the Home & Long Term Care Division, and Vice President of the Respiratory Division & Marketing.

Before their time at Invacare, LaDuke held the position of Senior Director of Marketing North America at Formica Corporation from February 2011 to January 2013. Brian led the implementation of an integrated digital strategy and successfully launched a new product at Lowe's and Home Depot. Prior to this role, they served as the North America Director of Business Development at Formica Corporation from April 2010 to February 2011.

LaDuke's earlier experience includes roles at Formica Corporation as the Director of OEM/Fabrication from April 2008 to April 2010. During this time, they achieved a 17% increase in revenue through the development of a service initiative and spearheaded a successful product launch with paper samples. Brian also held various positions such as National Sales Manager, Commercial Market Segment Manager, and Territory Manager at Formica Corporation from February 2003 to April 2008.

Brian LaDuke earned their B.A. in Business Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University, where they attended from 1994 to 2000. Brian later pursued their MBA in Business at Xavier University from 2009 to 2011.
