Jillian Monahan

Jillian Monahan currently serves as the Employee Resource Group Leader for the Care Providers Alliance at SARNOVA HC, LLC, promoting diversity and inclusion for employees balancing family responsibilities. Additionally, Jillian holds the position of Pricing and Profitability Analyst at Sarnova and previously worked as a Pricing Specialist for Color Street, where responsibilities included marketing nail polish strips through various platforms. Experience also includes serving as Office Manager at Columbus Therapy Associates, overseeing operations and communication, and administrative roles at FBS Inc. and Granite Landscaping LLC, managing finances and human resources. Jillian Monahan earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management Enterprise from Bowling Green State University.
