Daniela Weinsweig has a diverse range of work experience. Daniela started their career as a Teaching Fellow at Masa Israel Journey, where they taught English to Israeli children and organized events. Daniela then joined Tlalim Group/Authentic Israel, initially as a Program Associate and later as the Head of Marketing and Partnerships. In these roles, they oversaw program operations, built partnerships, and improved applicant registration processes.
Afterwards, Daniela worked at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington as a Development Project Manager, where they managed fundraising campaigns and grant proposals for various initiatives. Daniela also worked on campaigns to bring Ethiopian Jews to Israel and support homeless individuals during COVID.
Most recently, Daniela held the role of Program Manager at Habonim Dror North America. Daniela was responsible for planning and executing long-term programs for young adults in Israel, forging partnerships with businesses and organizations, and expanding program outreach.
Currently, Daniela is the Partnerships Manager at Sarona Partners. In this role, they oversee a scale-up program for startups, manages relationships with venture partners, and leads sponsorship efforts for partnership events.
Throughout their career, Daniela has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a talent for building partnerships, and the ability to drive program growth and impact.
Daniela Weinsweig completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland from 2014 to 2018.
