Toot Shani

Toot Shani has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, Toot founded and owned Tosh Productions, which was later acquired. From 2011 to 2013, Toot worked as a Leadership Development Specialist at the Tel Aviv Municipality's Youth and Young Adults Department. In 2013, Toot became the Israel Director of Marketing & Business Development at Festo, a global player in industrial automation technology. During the same year, Toot also founded Ment Group, focusing on entrepreneurship development for private and public organizations. Toot's work with Ment Group involved collaborations with notable organizations such as The World Bank Group and The European Commission. In 2017, Toot became the Founding Partner and CEO of Sarona Partners, the largest growth ecosystem for Israeli startup companies. Toot led multiple initiatives within Sarona Partners, including a scale-up program and cross-vertical accelerator programs. In 2019, Toot took on the role of Founding & Managing Partner at Sarona Ventures, the investment arm of Sarona Partners Group. Toot has continuously contributed to the innovation and startup ecosystem as a public speaker on topics related to innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship.
