Thomas Midkiff

Thomas Midkiff currently serves as the Lead Maintenance Technician at Saronic Technologies, where responsibilities include driving infrastructure optimization and leading a team of technicians focused on training and maintenance standards. Previously, Thomas held the same title at Flex, optimizing robotic systems for enhanced production efficiency and troubleshooting various mechanical malfunctions. Thomas began a career in the U.S. Navy as a Missile Technician, gaining valuable technical experience. Thomas is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Purdue Global, expected to graduate in March 2028.
