Layth Chaker

Layth Chaker is an accomplished Project Manager at Sarooj Construction Company LLC, specializing in infrastructure projects in monsoon-affected areas under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology in Oman since January 2014. With a diverse background in project management, Layth has held various roles, including Site Manager for the Development of Fishery Harbour and Construction Manager for the Khazzan Gas Project, managing complex civil works and ensuring coordination among stakeholders. Layth holds a Master's degree in Project Management of Construction from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Balamand.
